Internet School of Professionals Pty Ltd (ABN 48 621 231 463), trading as ISOP ("ISOP", "we", "us", "our"), is the operator of isop.au and the PDE+Helpdesk training programs. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it — whether you're browsing the site, messaging us on WhatsApp or email, or buying the CV Template and related add-ons through our checkout.
Information we collect
We only collect what's needed to respond to you, deliver a product or session you've purchased, or understand how the website is used. Specifically:
- What you tell us directly — if you message us via WhatsApp or email, we see whatever you choose to share (name, phone number, your background, the course or product you're asking about).
- Checkout information — when you buy the CV Template, Job Market Overview add-on, or Mock Interview + Feedback session, our payment processor Stripe collects your email address and phone number (required at checkout) so we can deliver your purchase and follow up about booking. Stripe also processes your payment details directly — ISOP never sees or stores your full card number.
- Website usage data — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages are visited, how long for, and roughly where visitors are located, via cookies and similar technologies. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries about our courses or products.
- To deliver the CV Template to the email used at checkout, and to arrange booking for the Job Market Overview or Mock Interview sessions.
- To communicate with you about a purchase, booking, or enrolment.
- To understand and improve how our website performs, via aggregated analytics.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes beyond what's described here.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — processes all payments on our behalf. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant and handles your payment details directly; see Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — provides us with aggregated website usage statistics; see Google's Privacy Policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — if you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy.
Some of these providers may store or process information on servers located outside Australia (including the United States). By using their services through our site, your information may be transferred overseas as a result.
How your information is stored
ISOP's website is a static site with no customer database of its own — we don't operate a server that stores your personal details. Information you provide exists only within Stripe's systems (for purchases), our email inbox, and WhatsApp conversation history, each governed by their own security practices.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies via Google Analytics to understand site usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so won't affect your ability to browse the site or make a purchase.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@isop.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
Our courses and products are intended for adults — typically recent graduates and career changers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time as our products or tools change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version.
