These Terms of Service govern your use of isop.au and any purchase you make from Internet School of Professionals Pty Ltd (ABN 48 621 231 463), trading as ISOP ("ISOP", "we", "us", "our"), registered at Level 1, 33 Allara Street, Canberra City, ACT 2601. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Products sold through this website
The following are purchased directly through our website checkout (processed securely by Stripe):
- IT Helpdesk CV Template — a digital CV template, delivered by email to the address used at checkout, usually within a few hours of purchase. No account or login is required.
- Job Market Overview add-on — a 1-hour session, booked by messaging us on WhatsApp after purchase.
- Mock Interview + Feedback Session — booked the same way, by messaging us on WhatsApp after purchase.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). ISOP is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to these prices.
Refunds and changes
- CV Template — because this is a digital product delivered shortly after purchase, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once it's been sent. If you'd like a different industry variant to the one selected at checkout, message us on WhatsApp any time — we'll swap it at no extra charge.
- Job Market Overview / Mock Interview sessions — you can reschedule by messaging us on WhatsApp with reasonable notice. If we're unable to deliver a session you've paid for, you're entitled to a refund or reschedule at your choice.
Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that a product or service will be fit for purpose and match its description. If something we've sold you doesn't meet those guarantees, contact us at info@isop.au and we'll make it right.
Use of the CV Template
The CV Template is licensed to you for your own personal, individual use in your own job search. It may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly (including posting the template itself online for others to copy).
Training programs — PDE+Helpdesk and PDE+Helpdesk (Internship)
Enrolment in our PDE+Helpdesk and PDE+Helpdesk (Internship) training programs is arranged directly with ISOP (typically via WhatsApp or email) rather than through this website's checkout. Specific fees, payment arrangements, and program terms are confirmed with you individually at the time of enrolment.
Use of this website
You agree to use isop.au only for its intended purpose — learning about our courses and products, getting in touch, and making a purchase. You must not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, misuse any content on it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site — including course materials, the CV Template, and written content — is owned by ISOP or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.
Liability
Our training and coaching are designed to improve your chances in the job market, but we can't guarantee a specific job offer or outcome, as hiring decisions are made by employers, not by ISOP. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISOP's liability for any claim relating to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service — except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute relating to these terms or our products is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Australian Capital Territory.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our products or programs evolve. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
